Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Kuta. Location: the hotel was right by Kartika Plaza, and the beaches. The room of the property was beautifully maintained and huge with TV, outdoor Kitchen and balcony. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were a huge plus.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and shopping center. the peaceful surroundings make it perfect for relaxation. the service is great and breakfast is delicious. the rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities one could need. the view from the room is breathtaking.
The Wi-Fi connection was poor and inconsistent.
